- The military strategist of the Goshasei. Rihaku engineers a series of fatal traps to protect Yuria from the advancing Raoh. Raoh easily overcomes these traps, but Rihaku is saved by Kenshiro's arrival, and bears witness to Kenshiro's awakening of Musō Tensei, the ultimate technique of Hokuto Shinken. Rikahu later becomes the elder statesman of Lin and Bat's "Hokuto Army".
TV series
- In the original TV series, he is shown to be Yuria's caretaker since childhood instead of Dharma. However, the OVA Yuria Den shows that Yuria did not met Rihaku until after she was rescued by the Goshasei from Southern Cross.
- Rihaku is also given his own martial art, Gosha Hasui Ken, which he uses in vain against Raoh after the failure of his death-traps.
