- Sūzan Tsūhi Ken successor (崇山通臂拳伝承者 Sūzan Tsūhi Ken denshōsha)
- The successor of Sūzan Tsūhi Ken (Songshan Passing Elbow Fist), whose real name was unknown. In the manga, his story is told by Toki.
- He was taken to Cassandra and forced to give his style's ancient scroll to Ken-Oh to protect his family. Raoh examines the scroll and agrees to spare their lives, but as there can only be one successor they must spend the rest of their lives in prison. Separated from his wife and child, all they could do was call out to one another but when his family fell silent he realized he had lost them, leaving him to die of grief.
