Wēng Hóngyuán
- The adoptive father of both Pan Yuling and Pan Guanglin. He promised to give Yu-Ling to Mang Kuangyun as payment for the assassination of the Qing Bang's head leader. Was supposed to be killed by Guāng-Lín but Kenshirō Kasumi killed him hoping to spare Guāng-Lín the pain.
