Hōchū Ōtsuka (大塚芳忠, Ōtsuka Hōchū) is a veteran voice actor born May 19, 1954 in Okayama, Japan. In the 1980's he was credited as Yoshitada Ōtsuka (大塚芳忠, Ōtsuka Yoshitada), his real name.
He may be best known as the voice of Jiraiya in Naruto and Montblanc Noland in One Piece. Hochu has also been known to be the official dubber for Gary Oldman.
