:::Yeah, I checked the yomikiri (pilot) manga and the regular manga and they both used 烈. Can you post a link to that youtube video here in the discussion area? I'd like to see it. It's not unheard of for adaptations to screw up the kanji. I know the video game [[Hokuto no Ken 7]] screwed up a lot of them, for example. I ran across this technique in a youtube video, and the kanji that popped up on screen look like 五指裂弾, Five Finger Rending Bullet. I came here to check if that was right and found 烈, another 'retsu' instead. The one on screen is definitely 裂, is 烈 from the manga?
