    The Number Seven Boss of the Hónghuá Huì‎ and nicknamed "Weasel" Chén, he has a metal hand. His face was scarred by Kenshiro Kasumi after his failed attempt to kidnap Takeshi Kitaōji. Before joining the Hónghuá Huì‎ he was a poor fisherman.
