Wēng Hóngyuán
- The adoptive father of both Pan Yuling and Pan Guanglin. He promised to give Yuling to Mang Kuangyun as payment for the assassination of the Qing Bang's head leader. Was supposed to be killed by Guānglín but Kenshirō Kasumi killed him hoping to spare Guānglín the pain.
