Zhāng (張 Chō)
- VA: Masuo Amada
A former member of Qing Bang who worked under Ye, he later joins the Hónghuá Huì becoming Huang Xifei's right-hand man. Zhāng is also manager of The Great New World Palace. He tries to shoot Kenshiro Kasumi after he kills Goran, but his right hand is chopped off by Charles de Guise. What happens to him after that is unknown.
