Solia (ソリア, Soria) is a General in the Imperial Capital's army. He is a protegee of Falco who practices the martial art style of Gento Kō Ken, and lost his right eye during a sparring match with Falco. He utilizes techniques which involve transforming his fighting aura or tōki into flowing energy rings. Due to the color of his aura, he has earned the nickname of Purple Light Solia (紫光のソリア, Shikō no Soria).

When Kenshiro and the Hokuto Army fought against the Imperial Army, Solia mobilized his entire unit and challenged Kenshiro in the middle of the wasteland with the intention of eliminating the Hokuto rebels. Although Solia managed to land several blows on Kenshiro, he lost his left arm when Ken countered his "Ring of Destruction" technique. Solia continued fighting with one-arm until Kenshiro struck a pressure point on his neck to paralyze him, and finished him with the Hyakuretsu Ken. Before his death, Solia proclaimed that he sacrificed his life for Falco and the Golden Light.

Anime

In the anime, Solia fought Ken at Mamiya's home village after leading an invasion there to provoke Kenshiro. He also took Falco's place as the murderer of the village elder, although this happens off-screen. He never mentions Falco during the battle and when he dies, he proclaims that the Tentei was the one who ordered the destruction of Hokuto. He also loses his right arm in the battle instead of his left.
