Rakan Niō Ken (羅漢仁王拳 Arhat Deva King Fist, अर्हत् वज्रपानि मुष्टि)

It is used by Devil Rebirth, a prisoner in Villainy Prison who was convicted of killing 700 people with only one use of this style.
