Ryū (リュウ) was a former member of the Taizanji. He and his girlfriend Yoko deserted the organization and were pursued by Denki Saito, but were saved by Kenshiro. Ryu was later assassinated by Baiken Kinbu.
His anime equivalent was Sam.
