Pǔ the Mole (モグラの普 Mogura no Fu)
- Hired by Zhang Taiyan to spread fleas with the plague in the Qing Bang's opium storage, Kenshiro Kasumi finds him and makes him eat all of the fleas. Pǔ goes after Tái-Yan to find a vaccine but is killed by him.
