- Sela (セラ Sera)
- A worldly young boy who resides in a wooden hut near a city caught between the feuding Snake & Scorpion gangs. He befriends Bat after saving him from the Snake gang and develops a crush on Lin, invoking Bat's jealousy. Sela is a charismatic youth and his gift of gab allows him to charm thugs into giving him special treatment.
