Rasho (羅将, Rashō) is the name of the ruling caste in the Land of Asura. In a land where only the strong survive, the Rasho are feared as the most powerful warlords and have complete authority. All three Rasho are Hokuto Ryū Ken masters. Of all three Rashos, Hyoh is regard as the most benevolent one.
