- Dog Master Galf (狗法眼ガルフ Kuhōgan Garufu)
- Voiced by: Tessho Genda (TV series), Joji Yanami (1986 movie)
- A pointy-nosed villain who rules over Medicine City. He values his own pet dogs more than human life. His favorite dog is named Seki. However, when Galf met his end at the hands of Kenshiro, even his favorite dog abandons him. He makes a cameo appearance in the movie.
