Fūgen (フウゲン) Voiced by: Takeshi Aono
- Nanto Koshū Ken master of Shin and Jugai. After Shin succeeded him as the Nanto Koshū Ken Denshōsha, he cut the tendons in Fūgen's legs, crippling him. He ends up being one of Guruma's slaves. Fūgen dies in the explosion of Gesso City.
