Spade (スペード, Supēdo) Spade as he appears in the anime.: Voiced by: Tesshō Genda; The first of Shin's minions that appears in the manga. Kenshiro first confronts Spade while he's after Misumi, which results in the loss of Spade's right eye. Later, he attacks Misumi's village and kills him in retaliation for his earlier loss. Kenshiro arrives back to the village a bit too late to save Misumi, but kills Spade with the Hokuto Zankai Ken (Fist of Remorse). In the anime series, he is referred as the Jack of Spades, along with King's other three lieutenants from the manga.

Spade closely resembles the character Wez from Mad Max 2: The Road Warrior.
Spade pre-dates Hokuto no Ken-- he appeared in Tetsuo Hara's debut manga, Mad Fighter.
