- A Kingsman created specifically for the TV series. He is Shin's primary informant and right-hand man. He uses a Nanto Seiken style known as Nanto Shōten Ken ("South Dipper Ascension Fist"). His techniques includes teleporting, creating optical illusions of himself and attacking with playing cards. He used a giant eagle to travel from Shin's fortress in Southern Cross. Kenshiro faces him several times, but does not get the chance to kill him until episode 21. Kenshiro defeats him with the Hokuto Zankaiken and when faced with the choice of leading him to Shin's hideout or dying, Joker chooses death.
