Rofū (ロフウ)
Rei's master, the previous Nanto Suichō Ken denshōsha. Rofū trained in the art alongside his future wife, Linley. He practiced a "hard" style, while she mastered a "soft" style. Rei had believed him to have died in the nuclear war, but he survived and killed Eva to become king of Azgarzle.
