Solia (ソリア, Soria) is a General of the Imperial Capital's army. He is a protegee of Falco who practices the martial art style of Gento Kō Ken as well. He utilizes techniques which involves transforming his fighting aura or tōki into flowing energy rings. Due to the color of his aura, he has earned the nickname of Purple Light Solia (紫光のソリア, Shikō no Soria). He lost his right eye during a sparring match with Falco.

When Kenshirō and the Hokuto Army fought against the Imperial Army, Solia began mobilized his entire unit. Solia challenged Kenshirō with the intention of eliminating the Hokuto rebels. Although, Solia managed to overpower Ken at first, he ended up losing his left arm when Ken countered his "Ring of Destruction" technique. Solia continued fighting with his remaining arm, but was eventually defeated by Kenshirō. Solia proclaimed that he sacrificed his life for Falco and the Gold Light, and then he died.

Differences in the anime

In the anime version of the story, Solia fought Ken at Mamiya's home village after leading an invasion there. He also took Falco's place as the murderer of the village elder. He never mentions Falco during battle and when he dies, he proclaims that the Tentei was the one who ordered the destruction of Hokuto.
