Raiga (ライガ) and Fūga (フウガ): Voiced by: Yūji Mikimoto (Raiga), Ikuya Sawaki (Fūga); The twin successors of the Nishin Fūraiken (二神風雷拳, "Dual Gods Wind Thunder Fist") style. They act as guardians of Cassandra but only serve Uighur because he is using their younger brother Mitsu as a hostage. After fighting Kenshiro, their lives are spared because Kenshiro senses the sadness reflected in their eyes. They subsequently join his cause, placing their faith in him as the saviour. In the TV series, they are labeled traitors for not killing Kenshiro, and their brother is executed before them. Raiga and Fuga allow Kenshiro and company to infiltrate Cassandra prison, but they are killed by Qasim and Zarqa of the Ken-Oh Royal Guard. In the TV series, they are killed by Burugu.
