- Ryu (リュウ Ryū)
- The son of Raoh, who is strongly implied to be the future successor of Hokuto Shin Ken after Kenshiro. At a young age, he already shows his wit and bravery, he also possesses his father's eye. Kenshiro was his personal mentor for some time (during the "Kōketsu", "Sava" and "Blanca" arcs) before he left Ryu to be taken care of by Balga. In Shin Hokuto no Ken, Kenshiro is waiting Ryu to grow up so they can decide the next Hokuto Shinken successor.
