- Rihaku's daughter. Tō fell in love with Raoh after he saved her from a pack of hungry wolves when Tō was a child. After posing as the Last Nanto General in Yuria's place, she professes her feelings for Raoh, but kills herself when Raoh rejects her in favor of Yuria.
