    モグラの普 (Mogura no Fu)

    Hired by Zhāng Tài-Yán to spread fleas with the plague in the Qing Bang's opium storage, Kenshiro Kasumi finds him and makes him eat all of the fleas. Pu goes after Tái-Yan to find a vaccine but is killed by him.
