- Rofu (ロフウ Rofū)
- Appearing in the spinoff manga, Rei Gaiden, Rofu was the previous Nanto Suichō Ken successor and Rei's master. Rofu trained in the art alongside his future wife, Linley. He perfected a "hard" style, while she mastered a "soft" style. Rei believed Rofu had died in the nuclear war, but he survived and killed Eva to become the king of Asgarzul.
- According to Souther, he is as strong as Ogai. Rofu proves his strength by single-handedly routing the 1000 men of Yuda's Army in a few minutes and leaving the battlefield unharmed.
