A corrupt Catholic priest who has links with Hónghuá Huì. He sells indulgences to Huáng Xī-Fēi, who goes frequently to his church to confess

to him. He also denounced Qing Bang members to Hónghuá Huì. Later is killed by Pān Guāng-Lín.
