Dog Master Galf (狗法眼ガルフ, Kuhōgan Garufu)
A pointy-nosed bandit lord who rules over Medicine City. He values his own pet dogs more than human life, as proven when he tortured Mamiya after she killed one of his guard-dogs whilst trying retrieve medicine for the dying Rei. However, Kenshiro & Rei arrived on the scene to save Mamiya, and after Galf met his end at the hands of Kenshiro, even his beloved dog Seki abandoned him.

    1986 movie

Galf makes a cameo in the 1986 movie. He leads a rally for Ken-Oh's procession and crushes the skull of one villager for chanting out of sync, which scene was cut from the movie due to censorship. There are two scenes similar to this in Despicable Me, where Gru's boss crushes a whole apple, the first time as an example of what would happen if he failed the deal, & the second time when he fired him.
