Mitsu (ミツ): Voiced by: Ryō Horikawa; The younger brother of Raiga and Fūga. He is held hostage by Uighur in order to coerce the twins to work for him. In the manga, he is saved after Uighur is defeated, whereas in the TV series he is killed when the twins fail to defeat Kenshiro.
