A former member of Qīng Bāng,who worked under Ye,he later joins to Hónghuá Huì,becoming Huáng Xī-Fēi right hand man,and also manager of The Great New World Palace.He tries to shoot Kenshiro Kasumi after he kills Goran,but his right hand is chopped off by Charles de Guise.What happens to him after that is unknown.

In the anime he is depicted as being Ye's younger brother.
