Chikao Ōtsuka (大塚周夫, Ōtsuka Chikao, born July 5, 1929) is an actor and seiyū from Tokyo currently represented by Aoni Production. He is the father of Akio Ōtsuka, who played Souther in the Shin Kyūseishu Densetsu Hokuto no Ken series. Outside of Hokuto no Ken, he's very well known for providing the voice of Dr. Eggman in the Sonic Adventure series.
