Ye

Yè (葉, Yō) (c.v. Kinryu Arimoto)

Nicknamed "Two-Pistol Yè", the right-hand man of Pān Guāng-Lín in the Qīng Bāng and also the father of Yè Zi-Yīng, he was horribly burned by a member from Hónghuá Huì in a fight and left disfigured.

Yè was living in hiding from the Hónghuá Huì and almost got killed by one of them before Kenshiro Kasumi arrived and saved him. Yè later with help from Kenshiro begins to rebuild the Qīng Bāng.
