Dù Tiānfēng (杜 天風, To Tenpū) is the 58-year-old head of the secret organization Tàihú Bāng (太湖幇, Taikopan, "Lake Tai Gang") and the boss of Yasaka. He murdered Liú Zōng-Wǔ's father, Liú Zōng-Jiàn, in order to launder money from him when Zōng-Wǔ was still a child.
Appearance
He is a stout older man with greying hair, recognizable for his large hands and the diagonal scar on his face.
Personality
He is incredibly prideful and egocentrical alongside having an incredibly short temper, as calling him a thief or otherwise implying that he is one sets him off enough to kill the offending party. He also has a bizarre habit of playing Mahjong against his men, always cheating in incredibly obvious ways, such as using his cutting hands to give the paper-thin illusion that he has a more favorable hand, and even drastic measures such as installing a system in a room that unleashes a powerful torrent of water strong enough to carry grown men away. When he's also called out or if his men manage to win against him, his response is to cut off their hands.
Abilities
He has the ability to cut things in half with his hands, which are sharp enough to cut human flesh and bone.
He also created an electrified "Pressure Point Defense Suit" that would electrocute anyone that tried to touch him in an attempt to protect himself from the Hokuto arts, however, it is useless against rubber.
History
During the Battle of Shanghai, he managed to get in the good graces of the Kuomintang and become the commander of the anti-Japanese force support unit. After Liu Zongwu kills one of Tiān-Fēng's informants, he asks Edmund Heckler to assassinate Zōngwǔ in order to avert any future retaliations.
Liú Zōng-Wǔ was able to safely kick him using his rubber-soled boots, shorting out the circuits on his suits and then sending him into the ocean where Dù ended up electrocuting himself to death.
