He works in the same University than Kenshiro Kasumi and he desires to marry Aya Kitaoji and become Univeristy President. He is very jealous of Kenshiro.

He is kind the comical character of the series. Sports a combover.

According to him, he has a 2nd Dan in Judo and the 8th in abacus.
