Gaiya (ガイヤ)

Master of Kokuzan Ongyō Ken (黒山陰形拳, "Black Mountain Secret Form Fist"), a style that can can attack people without being seen at all. He is actually a very plain looking man, but he controls the Meiō Army completely in secret. He was able to defeat Ryūga and fatally wound Sōga, but was unable to defeat Raoh.
