Military General of the Goshasei. Attempts to save Yuria from Raoh by first setting multiple traps to slow him down, then fight him hand to hand. He loses the fight but does not die, as Kenshiro comes to his rescue. He bears witness to Kenshiro's first use of the Musō Tensei technique, the ultimate technique of Hokuto Shinken. Rikahu later becomes the elder statesman of Lin and Bat's "Hokuto Army" after Ken leaves with Yuria. "Rihaku" is Japanese for Li Bai. In the original TV series, he is shown to be Yuria's caretaker since childhood. However, the OVA Yuria Den shows that Yuria did not met Rihaku until after she was rescued by the Goshasei from Southern Cross.
