Keiichi Noda (野田圭一, Noda Keiichi), born September 16, 1943 in Yamaguchi Prefecture, is a veteran seiyuu and narrator. He is currently represented by Aoni Production. His real name is Seiji Yamane (山根征二, Yamane Seiji).

He is most known for the roles of Tetsuya Tsurugi in Great Mazinger, Gantz-sensei inGanbare!! Robokon and Shinemon Ninagawa in Ikkyū-san.
