He is Nagato's Father,after his son is killed by Hyoh,he also ordered his soldiers to destroy Nagato's Village and kill his relatives,Peter was severely injuried by one of Hyoh's soldiers but he is saved by Kenshiro and Shachi.In the end he is seen taking care of his two grandchildren.
