Hydra (ヒドラ Hidora)

Leader of Shin's Armored Buggy Squad. He and his gang attempt to kill Kenshiro by wrapping chains attached to buggys around his arms and driving in different directions, but this ultimately fails. In a last ditch effort, Hydra goes after Bat nd Lin, but is killed from behind by Kenshiro.
