Seieikō

Seieko is one of the secret moves of Hokuto Shinken. The user strikes the opponent in the chest, causing them to feel as if they are covered with bare nerves. This means that the slightest touch to any part of the body can cause intense pain.

In the Famicom game Hokuto No Ken, Kenshiro uses Seieko to kill the evil Jagi.
