Souten no Ken

He appears as a young boy in Fist of the Blue Sky(only in the manga), where he wants to learn Hokuto Ryuken in order to avenge his murdered sister.

Hokuto no Ken

The former master of Hokuto Ryūken. He instructed the three Rashō in his fighting style, as well as Shachi. He was referred to as the "Great Elder" (大老, Tāron) by his students. Years before, he murdered his own wife and child after succumbing to Hokuto Ryūken's demonic possession, until Ryūken ultimately saved him.

Jukei later comes to accept his role as servant of the Hokuto Sōke clan. He was killed by a brainwashed Hyoh in the end and dies with the regret of erasing Hyoh's memory of Kenshiro.
