Weng Hongyuan

The adoptive father of both Pān Yù-Líng and Pān Guāng-Lín. He promised to give Yu-Ling to Máng Kuáng-Yún as payment for the assassination of the Qing Bang's head leader. Was supposed to be killed by Guāng-Lín but Kenshirō Kasumi killed him hoping to spare Guāng-Lín the pain.
