Ryuga's lieutenant and master of Taizan-ryū Zanjin Battōjutsu (泰山流斬刃抜刀術 Taishan-style Man-Slicing Sword-Drawing Technique). After losing to Kenshirō, Garou revealed that Ryuga was planning to assassinate Toki.
