Imperial Executioner
A minion of Jako,resposible for the death of Joe and Mamu's father,in the manga he has the "honor" to be the first victim of the returning Kenshiro. He's pummeled to death while consulting two rewards on Bat and Lin.

In the anime this scene is replaced with a skirmish between the Red Dragon faction and an Imperial patrol led by Geld. It's unknown what happened to the Executioner but he may have been wiped away offscreen. His death from the manga still happens in Shin Hokuto Musou.
