- Jirai (ジライ)
- A bandit who appears in Ten no Hao. He is the boss of the eponymous Jirai biker gang. After raiding Nido village, he and his gang encounter Raoh travelling through the wasteland. Jirai admires Raoh's physique and invites him to join his gang. When Raoh rejects his petty offer, Jirai attacks with his chain-whip only to be destroyed with a blow so strong it demolishes the building behind him.
