Guruma

A slave trader in Gesso City with an annoying "Dehe dehe" laugh. Before the nuclear war, he was the president of a software development company and Shisuka worked for him as section chief. Now he lives in servitude to "General" Shisuka, and Shisuka holds his child hostage to maintain his obedience. Guruma ends up capturing Yaman's family as slaves and also takes the injured Kenshirō as a slave when he sees that Kenshirō has slain an entire pack of killer wolves. He tries to market the injured Kenshirō as "The Wolf Slayer."
Guruma turns out to be not all bad; he sacrifices his life by shielding Kenshirō's shackled body from a hail of arrows from Jugai's army and asks Kenshiro to save his child.
