The younger brother of Raiga and Fūga. He is held hostage by Uighur in order to coerce the twins to work for him.

Manga & TV Series

In the manga, he is saved after Uighur is defeated, whereas in the TV series he is killed when the twins fail to defeat Kenshiro.
