Amiba: Difference between revisions

*The self-proclaimed genius, Amiba was originally a practitioner of ''[[Nanto Sei Ken]]'', but gifted with the ability to quickly understand almost any martial art in record time, he turned his sights on ''[[Hokuto Shin Ken]]'', believing wholeheartedly that he could master it. He travelled to the [[Village of Miracles]] in order to prove his worth, and driven by a genuine need to help others, sought out Toki in an attempt to learn ''Hokuto Shin Ken'' - but Toki, who had not been named successor, refused to train Amiba. In an attempt to learn it on his own through trial-and-error, he almost killed an elderly man with his efforts. For this blunder, he was publicly reproached by [[Toki]], humiliating Amiba and ensuring that he would never be able to attempt anything like that again.

*Unfortunately, this very action was what planted the seeds of rage and bitterness in Amiba's heart, and it was this very resentment Raoh took advantage of, turning an unfortunate but well-meaning individual into a complete monster with neither remorse nor shame. When Toki was imprisoned in [[Cassandra]] by [[Raoh]], Amiba, with Raoh's permission, took the opportunity to exact his revenge by impersonating Toki and destroying his reputation. He rearranged his appearance to model Toki, right down to the scar on his back, and tortured martial artists and villagers with cruel "new pressure point tests", and reported these findings to Raoh. When Amiba was finally exposed as a fraud, [[Kenshirō]] used ''[[Zankai Sekiho Ken]]'', causing Amiba to involuntarily walk over the edge of a high-rise building.
