Roah was with Jagi while witnessing Shin torturing Kenshiro and kidnapping Yuria. Raoh ordered Jagi to dispose Kenshiro by throwing him off a cliff and die in darkness. Raoh then visited Ryuken and asked permission to become Kenshiro's replacement as the Hokuto Shinken successor. But Ryuken refused and asks Raoh to leave and never return. Angered by this, Raoh kills Ryuken in retaliation and claims he is the Fist of the North Star. | |||
Over the coming year, Raoh began his path to conquest by eliminating Rival warlords. He eliminates the Fang Clan before marching over to Southan Cross for his battle against Shin. Raoh found a secret passageway into the castle where he kidnaps Yuria before fighting Shin and leaving him to die from his wounds. | |||
With the warlords defeated, Roah has almost accompliced his goal of conqouring the world but had one obstical left, his younger brother Kenshiro. He uses Yuria as a way of luring Kenshiro to him. But he had to fight Rei first before his fight with Kenshiro. This fight lured Kenshiro in, but was too late to save Rei. The two Hokuto brothers clashed and the fight was even until Lin intervened and pleaded with Raoh to not kill Kenshiro. Raoh agreed and decided to end the fight for another day and tells Lin to tell Kenshiro to find him when he is ready, before leaving in the shining light. | |||
