	Roah was with Jagi while witnessing Shin torturing Kenshiro and kidnapping Yuria. Raoh ordered Jagi to dispose Kenshiro by throwing him off a cliff and die in darkness. Raoh then visited Ryuken and asked permission to become Kenshiro's replacement as the Hokuto Shinken successor. But Ryuken refused and asks Raoh to leave and never return.
