Ryo: Difference between revisions

: The young son of a member of [[Shuh|Shuh's]] resistance movement against the [[Souther|Holy Emperor]]. Ryo offered his hospitality to [[Kenshiro]], [[Bat]], and [[Lin]] when they visited Shuh's hideout, giving his own food to Shuh and pretending he'd eaten his share. When Ryo's father arrived at the hideout with a container of bread, Ryo was the first one to eat a loaf. However, the bread was poisoned by Souther's men, and although Shuh detected the poison in time to warn the rest of his people, it was already too late for Ryo. Kenshiro attempted in vain to save Ryo, but the effect of the poison took hold of his body and the child died in his father's arms.
